What you will do

• Develop and execute the SEO/AI strategy for the DACH market (on-page, off-page & technical).
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP landscape reviews to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with content, product, and growth teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels.
• Create and optimize content briefs to target user intent and boost conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ganalytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Participate in global SEO projects and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SEO Manager, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Fluent in German is mandatory
• Proven expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics.
• Proficiency with major SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
