What you will do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Localize corporate campaigns and manage marketing budget for ROI.
• Design and lead field marketing programs including events, ABM, and roadshows.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing and sales priorities.
• Own pipeline contribution targets and develop demand generation programs.
• Serve as liaison between European markets and corporate marketing teams.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English; additional European languages, especially German, are a plus.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with senior leadership roles.
• Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets.
• Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with sales collaboration.
• Strong analytical and performance management skills.
