What you will do

• Produce core content assets including ebooks, data-driven market reports, and customer success stories.
• Create SEO and GEO optimized copy for website, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions.
• Manage end-to-end growth campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media.
• Build and launch Account-Based Marketing campaigns and manage automated lead nurturing workflows in CRM systems.
• Track and optimize campaign KPIs and marketing spend in real time.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Munich, Germany.
• 4+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Marketplace environments.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and German.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing workflow optimization.
• Power-user of CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
