Studio Manager: Manages resources and schedules effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the studio and timely delivery of projects. Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Must be able to work 2 days a week from Uxbridge, Stockley Park offices & 1 day from our London HQ

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Manage resource scheduling, ensuring the effective running of the studio and avoiding downtime.
- Oversee resource requests, assign relevant talent to projects, and manage changes and updates across workloads.
- Interrogate briefs, manage amendments and final file requests, and actively participate in daily production meetings.
- Deal directly with clients and implement/update processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic/resource management in areas such as print, motion graphics, web design, artwork, and social media.
- Experience within in-house agency settings is desirable.
- Competence with various resource management systems and tools.
- Strong leadership and team encouragement skills in cross-discipline, multi-level teams.
- Ability to challenge convention by proposing alternative processes and solutions.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in traffic/resource management.
