What you will do
- Lead program operations for the Artists Make Technology initiative including grantee selection and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner foundations, grantees, and external collaborators
- Coordinate grantee participation in hirify.global events and ecosystem activities
- Manage complex partnerships and execute program workplans within scope, budget, and timelines
- Oversee grant lifecycle processes including due diligence, monitoring, and reporting
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, learning efforts, and field-building knowledge products
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work remotely from Canada, Germany, UK, or US
- 7+ years experience in arts, cultural institutions, and technology, with performing arts experience valued
- Proven project management and multi-stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience with grantmaking or grant management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently aligned with leadership strategy
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Nice to have
- Previous foundation or nonprofit grantmaking experience
- Experience planning and executing convenings or community events
- Proficiency with grants management systems like Fluxx or Salesforce
- International or cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Network within arts, cultural institutions, and technology space
