What you will do

• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly project governance routines and meetings.
• Track project milestones, customer dependencies, and resource scheduling.
• Support customer onboarding preparations and internal project handovers.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues to senior management.
• Streamline project office processes and contribute to continuous team improvement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in a project support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn project delivery methodologies and specialized tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology or SaaS/B2B environment.
• Understanding of frameworks such as APM, Agile, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with PSA tools like Salesforce or Mission Control.
