What you will do

• Take full ownership of full-service market research projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Manage external client communications with a service-oriented approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including account management, scripting, and data processing.
• Monitor and manage projects to ensure performance against gross margin targets.
• Anticipate project challenges and troubleshoot live issues to provide timely solutions.
• Ensure quality control for all client deliverables with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a market research environment managing full-service projects.
• Proficiency in online quantitative data collection methodologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with research-specific tools such as Confirmit, Decipher, or SPSS.
