What you will do

• Design and execute marketing plans tailored for the German market aligned with global strategy.
• Plan and manage field marketing programs, events, and tradeshows both online and in-person.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Partner teams to launch integrated regional campaigns.
• Partner with industry experts and associations to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
• Create localized marketing assets such as reports, brochures, landing pages, and website content.
• Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline generation, and demand KPIs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for onsite work.
• Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in field marketing or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project prioritization skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce).
