What you will do
- Coordinate and lead WhatsApp marketing initiatives across all global markets.
- Manage and maintain WhatsApp infrastructure, including testing new tools and ensuring compliance.
- Drive campaign performance to maximize MQL generation and verification rates.
- Execute cross-functional projects related to email and WhatsApp deliverability and system integrations.
- Collaborate with analytics, regional marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights for program growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on WhatsApp and email.
- Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
