What you will do

• Coordinate and lead WhatsApp marketing initiatives across all global markets.
• Manage and maintain WhatsApp infrastructure, including testing new tools and ensuring compliance.
• Drive campaign performance to maximize MQL generation and verification rates.
• Execute cross-functional projects related to email and WhatsApp deliverability and system integrations.
• Collaborate with analytics, regional marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights for program growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on WhatsApp and email.
• Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
