Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) GBR - Kingston

What you will do

Shape the product vision and strategy for SaaS solutions, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
Drive product-market fit, ensuring products are positioned, packaged, and delivered effectively.
Own the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer impact, and commercial priorities.
Translate market research insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Measure success using data, analytics, and customer feedback to iterate on features and positioning.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, ideally within the Tax, Accounting, or Financial software sector.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer needs, market trends, and commercial goals into actionable product plans.
Deep understanding of product-market fit, pricing models, and SaaS lifecycle management.
Skilled in roadmapping, requirements definition, and data-informed decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable operating in agile environments with strong collaboration and delivery practices.

Nice to have

Experience with audit automation, workflow digitisation, or AI-driven financial products.
