TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Responsible for overall product management for hirify.global’s market-facing identity product used by hundreds of businesses. Focus on strategy and prioritization, leadership and delivery, and communication with internal teams, clients, and prospects to ensure product objectives are delivered effectively.

Location: Hybrid in the United Kingdom

Salary: 70000£ to 85000£ yearly

What you will do

  • Formulate and create alignment around objectives and key results for identity products.
  • Use available inputs to find additions or improvements to the product that will have a significant impact.
  • Manage the prioritization of work and justification for that priority.
  • Manage product teams internally to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and product objectives are delivered effectively.
  • Provide management and development support to direct reports.
  • Fortify sales and account management efforts by joining meetings with clients and prospects to provide an expert view.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate solid product management experience with B2B SaaS products (at least 5 years).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for a range of audiences.
  • Adept at prioritizing and distilling work into key objectives and results.
  • Knowledge of key technology and design principles and considerations relevant to the product.
  • Commercial acumen to aid in making decisions about viability or solution planning, pricing, etc.
  • Knowledge of agile, scrum, and how to run product teams effectively.

Hiring process

  • Stage 1 - Call with a talent acquisition team member (30 minutes).
  • Stage 2 - 1st call with a senior product manager and incumbent (45 minutes).
