What you will do
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for Assessment and Ed Tech products.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps balancing innovation and delivery.
- Lead discovery, market research, and insight-driven activities to shape product direction.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align execution with strategic intent.
- Identify emerging opportunities and champion responsible innovation including ethical AI use.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK with hybrid work in Manchester or Milton Keynes offices
- Proven product management experience managing full product lifecycles and significant budgets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive innovation and translate complex technical solutions.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Ed Tech and education landscape is advantageous.
