What you will do

• Define business metrics and insights that inform decisions and investments for GTM leadership.
• Design and evolve reports for sales forecasting, marketing efficacy, pipeline management, and ROI.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide a single source of truth for reporting.
• Identify and track productivity metrics for each role to maintain a performance-based culture.
• Create a regular cadence of reporting and review for timely insights and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, BI, or FP&A.
• Strong Sales and Marketing business acumen.
• Maniacal attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to both collaborate and influence cross-functionally and at all levels.
• Agility without foregoing rigor and best practices.
• A love for solving puzzles.
• Must be based in the United States.
