What you will do

• Lead migration strategy, planning, and risk mitigation for customer EMR data migrations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data mapping and ETL processes
• Manage projects and stakeholders, serving as primary contact for technical and operational teams
• Design and enforce data validation and quality assurance protocols
• Develop process documentation and drive continuous improvement of migration workflows
• Train and manage offshore QA teams to ensure data integrity and adherence to QA standards

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Mountain View, CA, USA
• 3+ years experience in operations management, technical program management, or implementation leadership
• Client-facing experience and familiarity with EMR data migrations is a plus
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data frameworks such as Pandas and NumPy
• Experience with OCR frameworks like Tesseract or AWS Textract
