What you will do

• Plan and execute internal operations and non-technical projects from initiation through delivery with moderate supervision.
• Gather data to define project objectives, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project execution ensuring targets and requirements are met on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate efforts across internal departments to ensure successful project completion.
• Keep leadership informed of key issues, risks, and decisions impacting projects.
• Continuously improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or operations coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Background in compliance, legal, or paralegal work.
