What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise and independently configure Workday Core, Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking solutions.
• Translate business processes into Workday capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders to co-design solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to support data-driven design and roadmap decisions.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to validate new systems and processes.
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and comprehensive documentation for absence and time tracking processes.
• Lead audit planning, testing of system upgrades, and provide training and support to users.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Plano, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Mountain View, California; or San Diego, California
• 5+ years experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of related processes including benefits, leave of absence, time off, and payroll.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Workday security, reporting, alerts configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
