What you will do

• Design and maintain overall business systems architecture across CRM, billing, marketing automation, customer success, and data platforms.
• Own Salesforce as a core platform and ensure integration with other business systems.
• Design and govern integrations, data flows, and synchronization between systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering on quote-to-cash and billing workflows.
• Create playbooks for integrations and system changes to enable scale.
• Communicate architecture decisions and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of South Salt Lake, UT
• 5+ years experience with business systems in SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including integrations and customization.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success, and billing systems.
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
