Systems Analyst (Industrial Control Systems)

TL;DR

Systems Analyst (SCADA/PLC): Developing and maintaining industrial control systems and HMI solutions for solar and battery energy applications with an accent on Ignition Perspective and Rockwell automation. Focus on designing SCADA architecture, implementing CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps, and ensuring high-performance visualization using Canary Axiom and PI systems.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lutz, FL (Hybrid: 4 days onsite)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain web-based and mobile-responsive HMI applications using Ignition Perspective.
• Design SCADA solutions for renewable energy supply systems.
• Program Rockwell Allen Bradley PLCs utilizing ladder logic and structured text.
• Build visualization tools and dashboards with Canary Axiom.
• Perform asset modeling and event frame development using OSIsoft PI / Aveva PI.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Ignition Perspective v8.1 SCADA and HMI development
• 1+ year of experience with Azure DevOps
• Must be local to Lutz, FL and available for a minimum of 4 days onsite per week
• Strong proficiency in SCADA architecture and industrial automation environments
• Experience with T-SQL and software unit testing
• W2 employment status only; no C2C eligibility

Nice to have

• 3+ years of Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC development
• 3+ years supporting Utility or Renewable Energy generation environments
• 2+ years experience with OSIsoft PI Asset Framework and PI Vision
