What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support to define workflows and success metrics.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions optimized for performance and native platform functionality.
• Assess system impacts, document interactions, and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support M&A application integration, data migration, and alignment with existing systems.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery techniques and workflow orchestration to automate complex business processes.
• Provide functional leadership to development and QA teams and drive UAT readiness and validation.

Requirements

• Must have 1-3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience with large-scale enterprise applications.
• 1+ years of Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and marketing apps.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Support processes and Salesforce data model and security.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and AI-assisted development techniques like Vibe Coding.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
• Location requirement: Must be based in San Jose, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications and experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP platforms.
• Experience designing AI agents and workflow orchestration for automation.
