What you will do

  • Take a consultative approach to deeply understand customers’ technical needs and present tailored solutions using hirify.global’s Enterprise Automation platform.
  • Drive revenue for hirify.global by positioning hirify.global as an integral part of customers’ business strategy through value-driven proof-of-concepts, customized demos, and solution discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to develop integration architectures and long-term adoption strategies.
  • Advocate for customers and influence the product roadmap, ensuring hirify.global’s platform evolves to meet the needs of enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical pre-sales at B2B SaaS companies or customer-facing technical consulting roles.
  • Familiar with core computing concepts and have implemented technical projects.
  • Comfortable advising architectural best-practices to senior technical stakeholders and managing expectations relative to product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Excel at understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships, establishing trust with both business and technical teams.
  • AI Fluency: Used AI tooling for work or personal use.

Nice to have

  • Proven success in closing 6 figure software deals and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
