Location: Hybrid in San Francisco and Toronto with expectation to work onsite at least 3 days a week in San Francisco.

Salary: $133,320 – $303,600 USD

• Build first-of-a-kind technology transforming the personal injury legal industry to improve millions of lives
• Ship production-ready code quickly and have immediate impact in a small, tightly-knit team
• Contribute to core software products and foundational engineering culture
• Collaborate with a world-class team experienced in technology, machine learning, law, and finance
• Learn and work with technologies including Python, Typescript, React, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with at least 3 days per week onsite in San Francisco
• 5-10+ years of experience in frontend, backend, or fullstack engineering
• Experience building high-quality software and shipping production-ready code
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven success mentoring teammates and driving projects to completion
