TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (React): Developing and optimizing scalable frontend applications and infrastructure for a life insurance technology platform with an accent on micro front-ends, GraphQL integration, and build pipeline management. Focus on building intuitive, responsive user interfaces and leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate feature delivery and maintain high code quality.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in Dallas, TX).

Compensation: $126,000 – $148,500 + Equity + Bonus.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and optimize React-based micro front-ends for enterprise and consumer platforms.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to maintain and scale GraphQL infrastructure.
  • Manage build and deployment pipelines using NX and CircleCI.
  • Implement unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and stability.
  • Work closely with design and product teams to iterate on platform features.
  • Utilize AI development tools to accelerate full-stack feature delivery and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in React and building responsive, accessible interfaces.
  • Experience with GraphQL for data fetching and backend integration.
  • Strong understanding of build and deployment pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
