What you will do
- Partner with HR and business leaders to manage performance management cases from start to resolution, including coaching and supporting termination decisions
- Guide leaders through employee relations situations such as conduct concerns, policy violations, and complaints
- Conduct investigations, gather documentation, interview stakeholders, and prepare clear summaries and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all employee relations actions
- Maintain accurate records and partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and IT for compliant off-boarding
- Contribute to process improvements and deliver occasional training for managers on people relations best practices
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in United Kingdom or Ireland
- 5+ years experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or People Relations
- Strong experience supporting performance management and termination decisions
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance (U.S. experience required; global exposure a plus)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and discretion skills

- Project management skills with attention to detail and prioritization
- Experience working with employees and contractors
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
