What you will do

• Partner with HR and business leaders to manage performance management cases from start to resolution, including coaching and supporting termination decisions
• Guide leaders through employee relations situations such as conduct concerns, policy violations, and complaints
• Conduct investigations, gather documentation, interview stakeholders, and prepare clear summaries and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all employee relations actions
• Maintain accurate records and partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and IT for compliant off-boarding
• Contribute to process improvements and deliver occasional training for managers on people relations best practices

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in United Kingdom or Ireland
• 5+ years experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or People Relations
• Strong experience supporting performance management and termination decisions
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance (U.S. experience required; global exposure a plus)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and discretion skills

• Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
