TL;DR

Principal People Partner (Tech & Product): Lead HR partnership for Tech & Product teams on a 12-month fixed term contract, focusing on employee experience, organizational design, talent management, and change management. Focus on coaching leaders, driving strategic people initiatives, and supporting the full employee lifecycle within a global matrixed organization.

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany with hybrid work model (2 days in office)

What you will do

  • Partner with People Business Partners, COEs, and business teams to develop and implement people strategies and programs.
  • Support the entire employee journey from onboarding to exit within the Tech & Product group.
  • Coach managers and leaders on organizational design, talent review, succession planning, and strategic talent processes.
  • Drive change management and communication strategies for reorganizations.
  • Help leaders improve organizational efficiency, employee engagement (eNPS), attraction, retention, diversity & inclusion, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work on-site in Berlin, Germany.
  • 5+ years HR/consultancy experience with at least 4 years in a People Partner role.
  • Expert knowledge of HR principles and strong HR generalist skills.
  • Highly skilled in change management and able to handle ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of German labor law and experience in global matrixed organizations is a plus.
