What you will do

• Act as primary contact for client IT and business stakeholders during onboarding and technical integrations
• Evaluate client IT environments, workflows, and data structures to align hirify.global solutions with requirements
• Lead technical onboarding, security assessments, and integration activities with timeline and deliverable management
• Collaborate with internal tech and project teams to ensure smooth client adoption
• Facilitate IT security, compliance, and workflow evaluations to support implementation and adoption
• Develop and optimize standardized tools, templates, and documentation for consistent execution

Requirements

• Location: Berlin, Germany
• 3+ years experience in technical project management, implementation, or client success in enterprise software or SaaS
• Experience with IT integrations, security assessments, system and data analysis, and workflow mapping preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage complex projects and documentation
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with ambiguity
