What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of CRM operations and project workstreams.
• Translate strategic briefs into detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, data, creative, and campaign ops.
• Maintain governance frameworks, trackers, and documentation for multi-market operations.
• Monitor campaign quality, testing, and reporting to ensure delivery excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison between EHQ, clients, and local offices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Proven track record managing multi-market CRM programs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and automation processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills.
• Understanding of customer journey design, data governance, and reporting.
