What you will do

• Oversee the execution of projects across multiple countries of the EMEA region.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across regions and teams.
• Identify potential risks to project timelines, costs, and quality, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective project risk management and reporting, escalate potential impacts and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Facilitate best practices and continuous improvement processes in project execution.
• Responsible for Project Execution / Project Management budget and targets, set in accordance with EMEA regional Management.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management / Intralogistics, Project Execution, strategy and related methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects across regions or business verticals in multicultural environment.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements (P6, Jira, and digital tools desirable).
• Proficiency in resource management / resource allocation and utilization.
• Profound knowledge in risk and change management.
