What you will do

• Own the full implementation journey from client requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions aligned with customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges and ensure system integration.
• Act as a trusted client partner to maximize automation and product adoption.
• Work with sales to align implementation plans with customer needs.
• Translate client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria with onboarding in Zurich
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
