What you will do

• Own full project lifecycles including scoping, budgeting, timeline management, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and providing strategic updates.
• Coordinate internal creative teams, strategy departments, and external partner agencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables to ensure they meet client goals.
• Support leadership with account proposals and identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project or account management experience in a creative agency.
• Proven track record managing high-budget projects in experiential marketing or live communications.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of the creative process and ability to collaborate with strategic teams.
• Fluency in English required.
