What you will do

• Build core AI-native learning infrastructure including dynamic experiences, progress tracking, and assessments.
• Develop adaptive learning capabilities that adjust to learners’ knowledge, goals, and behaviors over time.
• Design and implement data pipelines and analytics systems to provide insights into learner outcomes and engagement.
• Enable non-engineers to design and experiment with learning experiences through configurable systems.
• Collaborate with education teams to launch and refine AI learning experiences at scale.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City or London
• 5–10+ years of experience in software, data, or learning engineering.
• Experience building data systems or infrastructure supporting education and training.
• Ability to translate pedagogical goals into technical systems.
• Experience with learning data, analytics pipelines, or educational metrics.

Nice to have

• Background in learning science, instructional design, or education research.
• Experience building LMS platforms or training infrastructure.
• Experience incorporating AI models into educational workflows.
• Experience with credentialing, certification systems, or competency frameworks.
• Experience building platforms for non-technical educators or curriculum teams.
