TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Lead (AI): Strategically align with sales and success leadership to design, build, and execute enablement programs with an accent on AI-powered GTM workflows. Focus on identifying and solving complex sales challenges, coaching representatives, and creating scalable documentation to optimize performance.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote)

Salary: $143,650 – $198,000

What you will do

  • Design and deliver impactful, skill-based enablement programs for Sales and Partner Success teams.
  • Partner with sales and success managers to align on and drive enablement initiatives.
  • Build and manage GTM AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and reduce friction for teams.
  • Create and maintain intuitive documentation for sales processes and core skills.
  • Provide individualized coaching to enhance discovery and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to track and measure the impact of enablement solutions on the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Strong background in SaaS, health tech, or healthcare environments.
  • Experience with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, startup-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Prior experience building workflows within Attention.tech.
  • Direct exposure to Challenger methodology.
