What you will do
- Design and deliver impactful, skill-based enablement programs for Sales and Partner Success teams.
- Partner with sales and success managers to align on and drive enablement initiatives.
- Build and manage GTM AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and reduce friction for teams.
- Create and maintain intuitive documentation for sales processes and core skills.
- Provide individualized coaching to enhance discovery and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to track and measure the impact of enablement solutions on the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Strong background in SaaS, health tech, or healthcare environments.
- Experience with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and conversation intelligence tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, startup-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Prior experience building workflows within Attention.tech.
- Direct exposure to Challenger methodology.
