What you will do
- Define and drive the strategic vision for Sugar Sell to support scalable and high-impact seller workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and clear direction.
- Advance AI-powered sales productivity features such as guided selling, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go-To-Market teams to align platform capabilities with business priorities.
- Define and track KPIs related to seller usage, productivity, adoption, and satisfaction to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Denver, CO with hybrid work model requiring minimum 3 days onsite weekly
- 10+ years of product management experience including 3+ years leading product managers.
- Proven success building commercialized, market-facing enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM or CX domains.
- Deep understanding of seller workflows, CRM systems, sales processes, and revenue technology ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
