What you will do

• Own full design lifecycle from research to production-ready specs across consumer and developer products.
• Prototype frequently to explore and validate design concepts.
• Shape and scale design systems for coherence across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to align priorities and ship quality products.
• Deliver strong visual and interaction design, including micro-interactions and information architecture.
• Advocate for users by grounding decisions in research and data.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within Europe
• 5–8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
• Fluency in Figma including component architecture and design system work.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience building design systems.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and interaction thinking.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI-augmented design tools and workflows.
• Experience or interest in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or blockchain developer tooling.
