What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic analytics initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Build and scale competitive intelligence capabilities to inform GTM strategy and commercial opportunities.
• Own business performance updates for GTM leadership with executive-ready metrics and insights.
• Translate complex data science and AI capabilities into clear recommendations and practical workflows.
• Create enablement materials to help sales and GTM teams adopt new AI and data-driven tools.
• Define scalable operating rhythms and processes to improve decision-making and execution.

Requirements

• Location: Based in San Francisco, United States
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting in high-growth tech environments.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting or similar experience leading complex strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business performance management, commercial metrics, and executive reporting.
• Experience partnering with sales, RevOps, business operations, or GTM leadership teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python to QA analytical outputs or AI-generated code.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows and ability to apply new technologies to business problems.
• Exceptional communication skills for preparing executive-level updates.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority.
