What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team by setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Design and implement GTM strategy by building an account-centric Bowtie operating model and driving annual GTM planning processes.
- Optimize end-to-end revenue processes by improving the complete lead-to-expansion process.
- Partner with senior leadership by contributing to board-level deliverables and executive reporting.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by conducting data-driven performance reviews and pipeline inspections.
- Leverage AI and automation by using AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, identify opportunities, and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS environments, including experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end revenue processes in scaling SaaS organizations, including territory design and funnel architecture.
- Strong analytical foundation with deep understanding of revenue metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills for VP/C-level stakeholders and board-level reporting.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus but not required.
