Focus on building and developing a team of strategic process architects and architecting the operating model that powers hirify.global’s growth.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team by setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Design and implement GTM strategy by building an account-centric Bowtie operating model and driving annual GTM planning processes.
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue processes by improving the complete lead-to-expansion process.
  • Partner with senior leadership by contributing to board-level deliverables and executive reporting.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by conducting data-driven performance reviews and pipeline inspections.
  • Leverage AI and automation by using AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, identify opportunities, and increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS environments, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end revenue processes in scaling SaaS organizations, including territory design and funnel architecture.
  • Strong analytical foundation with deep understanding of revenue metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills for VP/C-level stakeholders and board-level reporting.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus but not required.
