What you will do

• Serve as the technical owner of Zylo, managing platform health, SSO integrations, finance connectors, and feature updates.
• Maintain accurate license inventories by identifying and resolving gaps in ownership, cost center mapping, and contract metadata.
• Operationalize Shadow IT monitoring by reviewing expense data to identify unmanaged tools and executing the outreach process.
• Act as the first line of defense for Application Owners, interpreting usage data and answering licensing questions.
• Partner with Application Owners to create "Renewal Prep Kits," interpreting usage vs. spend data to build valid forecasts and negotiation strategies.
• Analyze software usage trends to flag optimization opportunities and develop operational dashboards to track team KPIs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS Operations, IT Asset Management, or Technology Procurement.
• Proven ability to work independently and execute projects end-to-end without daily oversight.
• Advanced proficiency with SaaS Management Platforms (Zylo experience preferred) and Excel/Sheets, with comfort manipulating large datasets.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and explain SaaS licensing models to non-technical stakeholders.
