What you will do

  • Manage pilot campaigns during the testing phase and business-as-usual campaigns after client is scaled, leveraging Scibids AI technology.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs to ensure effective and smooth operation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day support and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Lead performance impact review sessions, campaign wrap-ups, and standard reporting to demonstrate the ROI of Scibids.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic optimization suggestions and new ideas based on results.
  • Strategize and upsell to grow existing client business and win new business, identifying opportunities for campaign expansion.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager roles in the programmatic space.
  • Experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta & Google Ads.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion.
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
