What you will do
- Consult with customers to assess and enhance legal workflows using hirify.global’s software suite.
- Position workflow packages and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Configure accounts and align software with customer business processes and best practices.
- Support adoption of AI-powered legal features and promote responsible use.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, innovative workflow solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and adoption.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work arrangement.
- 5+ years experience in workflow strategy development, preferably in software or technology.
- 2+ years legal experience or training at paralegal level or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for legal drafting, research, or workflow support.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of cloud-based legal technologies and legal industry needs.
- Experience designing automation processes using Excel, Google Sheets, Slack workflows, or scripting languages like SQL.
