What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of the ICM platform including plan modeling, crediting rules, and payout calculations
• Translate compensation plans into system logic ensuring accurate and auditable outputs
• Build and maintain integrations between ICM and source systems like CRM, ERP, HRIS, and billing platforms
• Serve as primary system administrator managing user access, security, and system health
• Develop reporting infrastructure to support compensation dashboards and attainment tracking
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, Finance, and HR teams

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada with hybrid work model requiring office presence at least 25% of the time
• 5+ years experience implementing or administering ICM platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan)
• Strong technical skills in SQL, data integration tools, and system configuration
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system logic with accurate calculations
• Experience managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality across integrated systems
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred

Nice to have

• Experience with full ICM platform implementation projects including vendor selection and data migration
• Proficiency with APIs and integration platforms (Workato, Fivetran, custom ETL)
• Salesforce administration or development experience
• Familiarity with consumption-based compensation models
• Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools
• Background in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance systems
