Product Manager (Microsoft)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

What you will do

• Shape Microsoft ATC differentiation by embedding Microsoft intellectual property into services and solutions
• Own intake, prioritization, and coordination of Microsoft Labs, POCs, and Learning development
• Provide proactive stakeholder communication ensuring alignment and predictable delivery
• Lead strategy and operations to drive revenue and margin impact from customer engagement
• Track engagement metrics and communicate business impact success stories
• Collaborate with ATC counterparts and Microsoft GTM Program Manager for effective launches and communication

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Oakville)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field with focus on program/process management
• 7+ years experience in project/program management, process improvement, or operational execution
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
• Microsoft Certified Professional with at least two active certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or Security
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft portfolio including Security, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, and Data Platforms

• Proven experience improving, scaling, and optimizing operational and delivery processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional project workgroups with clarity and confidence
