What you will do

• Own and manage product backlog for Agile Scrum teams
• Translate customer needs into user stories and prioritized backlog items
• Collaborate with software, quality, and AI engineers to deliver impactful features
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product discussions
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams ensuring incremental releases
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and able to work remotely
• 3–5 years experience as Product Owner or similar in software development
• Strong Agile Scrum and product backlog management skills
• Technical fluency to communicate with engineers and AI specialists
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or clinical trials is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
