Salary: $239,400 – $333,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners including government-facing technology companies and startups.
• Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities aligned with government program pursuits.
• Maintain strong relationships across a large partner ecosystem to support joint pursuits and program delivery.
• Coordinate partner activities and internal teams during capture and proposal development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements and teaming arrangements.
• Represent the company at government and industry forums to strengthen networks and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Washington, DC, United States (onsite role)
• 8–12+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or government contracting.
• Experience managing multiple strategic partners and drafting partnership agreements.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and government acquisition structures.
• Strong collaboration skills across legal, finance, engineering, and product teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, cybersecurity, or defense systems.
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Engineering degree or prior technical experience.
