📋 Description

• End-to-end BD transactions for portfolio companies and in-licensing opportunities
• Negotiate and execute financings, licenses, and M&A deals
• Build buyer/partner/investor universe; update the board
• Develop compelling selling stories to communicate investment theses
• Manage transaction processes; data rooms and due diligence
• Monitor competition and therapeutic area developments

🎯 Requirements

• Significant BD exp with leading transactions (buy-/sell-side)
• Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization
• Skilled in deal structures; cross-functional coordination (finance/legal/tax/R&D)
• Advanced financial modeling and commercial forecasting
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across business and science
• Experience with licensing, M&A, and external partnerships
