What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for clinical data
• Develop and optimize data models for analytics, reporting, and ML workflows
• Build cloud-native data architectures within AWS environments
• Operationalize machine learning models developed by Data Science teams
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, software engineers, and product teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada for remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years experience in data engineering or data platform development
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS cloud services and scalable data pipelines
• Experience supporting machine learning or AI workflows in production

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML data pipelines or generative AI workflows
• Experience handling large-scale or complex healthcare data, including medical imaging
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or clinical research
