Senior Field Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and hirify.globalAI colleagues on use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration
• Develop reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components to extend product capabilities
• Work closely with reinforcement learning pipeline team to refine self-learning algorithms
• Contribute to hirify.globalAI’s product strategy and roadmap through customer insights and technical expertise
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful adoption and measurable customer outcomes

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto) with hybrid work arrangement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
• 3–5+ years experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer with large-scale data and production environments
• Proficient in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost), and SQL
• Strong engineering practices including modular code, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles preferred
• English proficiency: at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, pipeline optimization, and reinforcement learning algorithms
