Salary: $152,300–$209,450 USD

What you will do

• Partner with sales to provide technical leadership and help customers solve business problems using hirify.global.
• Drive technical discovery and solution design to win competitive deals and accelerate time-to-value.
• Research and learn new technologies and their implementation on hirify.global.
• Consult on big data architectures and implement proofs of concept across data engineering, data science, machine learning, and SQL workflows.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and promote hirify.global open-source projects like Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive stakeholders by articulating business value clearly.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience in data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or similar pre-sales/consulting roles.
• Experience building distributed data systems and programming/debugging in Python and SQL.
• Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in data engineering technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) or data science and machine learning technologies (pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch, Tensorflow).
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C/VP-level stakeholders and align technical solutions to business priorities.
• Available to travel to customers within your region.

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Operations Research.
