What you will do

• Build and maintain React and TypeScript web applications and backend services supporting planner workflows and decision support.
• Develop data-rich interfaces including tables, filters, dashboards, and visualizations for complex operational data.
• Integrate optimization engines, AI-enabled functionality, and business-rule logic into product flows with explainability.
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and secure application behavior for a high-scrutiny environment.
• Build and maintain APIs, background jobs, and orchestration for batch data workflows and scenario processing.
• Collaborate with analysts, subject matter experts, and QA to translate operational rules and ensure testable, stable releases.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years experience as a Fullstack Engineer or Developer with production web applications delivered end to end.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Experience building backend APIs with routing, validation, authentication, and authorization.
• Ability to develop data-heavy user interfaces and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar component-based UI design systems.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled features and working with cloud/serverless architectures and CI/CD.
• Preferred experience in supply chain, logistics, ERP-connected systems, or operational decision-support products.
