Salary: 30k–33k MXN gross per month

What you will do

• Craft, place, and tweak light sources to achieve desired mood, tone, and atmosphere in various environments.
• Set up lighting rigs, manage light bakes, handle volumetric lighting, and optimize for performance.
• Collaborate with level designers and environmental artists to guide players and ensure visual consistency.
• Identify project needs and communicate effectively with leads and managers.
• Apply post-processing effects like color grading and bloom to enhance final visuals.
• Maintain high visual quality within target hardware constraints.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio/demo reel with recent game lighting work (must submit to be considered)
• 2+ years professional experience as Lighting Artist in video games
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required
• Submit CV in English

Nice to have

• Proprietary engine experience (e.g., Frostbite) beyond Unreal Engine and Unity
• Experience with Maya, Houdini, and Unreal Engine
