Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 plus annual variable bonus and company equity

What you will do
- Collaborate with Demand Facilitation and Enterprise Sales to manage client relationships and campaigns pre-sale and post-sale
- Serve as the subject matter expert and main contact for clients on campaign management tools
- Educate clients on hirify.global’s offerings, supply, and products
- Monitor pipeline, revenue tracking, and progress toward team and company goals
- Identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and understanding client KPIs
- Provide campaign reporting, insights, and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in New York City with remote work on Mondays and Fridays
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising including RTB/programmatic; agency, DSP, or SSP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills
- Proficient in data analysis, Excel, Google Suite, Tableau, and reporting platforms
- Understanding of online advertising dynamics, campaign planning, and buying technologies
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
