What you will do

  • Lead new advertiser onboarding and activation, ensuring rapid campaign launch and early performance momentum.
  • Establish strong signal and measurement foundations with tools like Pixel, CAPI, MTA, and MMM.
  • Analyze campaign data and execute structured Test & Learn roadmaps to optimize performance and achieve goals.
  • Identify opportunities to scale advertiser investment and drive revenue growth through upsell and portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Ad Operations teams.
  • Leverage third-party data partners to enhance audience targeting and marketing insights.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite 1-2 days per week in San Francisco, USA
  • 4-7 years experience in client success, account management, or media planning/strategy in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue targets through client expansion and portfolio growth.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in data-driven marketing and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks and third-party MTA/MMM partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive mindset.
